Eligibility for Refund
- Tournament is cancelled by Legacy League before it starts.
- Technical failure on our platform prevents you from participating.
- Duplicate payment charged for the same tournament.
- Cancellation requested at least 2 hours before tournament start time.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Player fails to join the room on time (Room ID was provided).
- Cancellation requested less than 2 hours before the tournament.
- Player is disqualified for violating fair play rules.
- Internet or device issues on the player's end.
- Tournament completed and results declared.
Partial Refunds
- If a tournament is restarted mid-way, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Rescheduled tournaments: full refund available if you cannot attend the new time.
